Graduate schemes
A graduate scheme or graduate training programme is a structured training programme run by an employer to develop future leaders of their organisation. Programmes normally last for one or two years and you earn a salary whilst gaining experience in the major areas of the business or organisation. You can find out more at .
Graduate Schemes are run across a wide range of industries and sectors, including charity, finance, banking, healthcare, management, human resources, IT, sales, marketing, media, civil service, criminal justice, retail, and transport. Often graduate schemes are eligible to anyone with a degree, so don’t discount graduate schemes because you think the subject of your degree is not relevant.
